‘ Both my Husband and myself cannot recommend Beverly highly enough, in every aspect. We decided to get a Pug, after losing our elderly Pekinese to ill health early this year. I came across the Accredited Breeder Scheme, almost by accident. We had tried the internet to find some pups, when we began to feel quite disillusioned, as some breeders made us feel uncomfortable about their practice. I tried the Kennel Club website in the hope of some recommendations, after almost giving up. Mrs Groves appeared to have many endorsements, as well as being the nearest to ourselves.

From our first contact with Beverly, taking Boo-Boo home and after care, the whole process has been a delight, and extremely professional. When we first telephoned, her dog Be-Be, was pregnant, Mrs Groves, kept in constant contact about their birth, and subsequent progress and development, as well as providing invaluable advice on Pugs in general along the way, she also encouraged us to phone her anytime. We were invited to visit once the pups had their first injection.

When the time came to take Boo-Boo home, we were provided with extensive written guidance and advice that covers all the new puppy's needs concerning diet, exercise, training, socialisation as well as dates on her veterinary requirements ie. injections and worming. This package was very comprehensive, very well laid out and easy to understand. Indeed our own Vet commented on it, saying that 'she certainly knew her stuff'. She also took Beverly's name and address, should anyone enquire about Breeders.

Since taking Boo-Boo home who is an absolute joy! Beverly has reassured me that she is always on hand to provide advice and guidance with whatever concerns or queries I may have, both now and in the future. I believe that Mrs Groves has found her true vocation in life, she has a deep genuine love for her dogs and their wellbeing, and therefore I cannot recommend her highly enough! '

On arriving to see the pups, which were a picture of health, the professionalism that Beverley showed was to be admired. All the documentation was immaculately presented and all in order. May this good work continue to such a professional standard. '

‘ The first thing we noticed, when we first met Beverley, was that she really does love her dogs. The way she spoke about them, the way she played with them and by the way she handled them. Everything was done with affection.

We were shown around her home and made to feel really welcome. Everything was geared up to make the pugs feel part of their family and not just a pet.

Beverley has helped us enormously, with our new member to our family. Skye was born on the 3 rd of April and we saw her 4 weeks later, my children picked her out straight away. We called her Skye because on the day we saw her, it was a beautiful sunny day, and we were sitting in Beverley's garden, having a drink and chatting about Pugs. We stayed for about an hour and by the time we left, we felt we had known Beverley for years.

On occasions when we've had a problem, or not known what to do, we have rung Beverley up for advice, knowing she would be only too happy to help. We shall be going on a family holiday in August, and I have asked Beverley to look after Skye for us, knowing that she will be well cared for.

Not only have we now got a beautiful puppy, we feel we have also gained a very good friend in Beverley. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Beverley as a breeder of Pugs. '
